ISO 9001:2000

This certification confirms that MIG BANK has an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in place. It is proof that the company’s business processes framework meets the quality standard criteria set out by The International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The fundamental systems provided through the ISO 9001 certification include assurances on customer satisfaction, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach, continual improvement, fact-based decision making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.  Its objective is to increase client confidence through continual improvement of the company’s performance.

ISO 27001:2005

This certification defines and ensures the standardization for an effective Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It is designed to protect the privacy of client information provided to MIG BANK and provides assurances as to the selection and implementation of adequate security controls. It provides safeguards against any disruptions in the quality, quantity, distribution or relevance of a company’s information systems and assures proper management of any sensitive and business-critical information entrusted upon a company by a client. The fundamental systems provided through the ISO 27001 certification include: security policy, organization of information security, asset management, human resources security, physical and environmental security, communications and operations, management access control, information systems acquisition, development and maintenance, information security incident management, business continuity management and compliance.
